great for the price
| I've had this system for almost 3 years now and have never had a problem with it. The sound is pretty good for dorm rooms or small living rooms, but you would probably need something with more power for anything bigger. When I paid $75 for this I was only expecting something to get me through my freshman year at college and I've been pleasantly surprised ever since. |

Horrible Service! Fast Breakdown!
| The Sound on my Koss home theater system stopped working 2 months after we bought it. Luckily it was still under factory warantee. Unfortunatly, after we sent it in Koss customer service was TERRIBLE! It took 2 monthes before Koss would even accnolidge they recived it. (I knew they had because of tracking numbers, but they wouldn't confirm that). They promised replacement units on 8 different occasions, sometimes even telling me it was in the mail when it wasn't. It took 3 monthes to get our replacement unit. Koss emplyees were very unhelpful, unproffesioal, and overall frustrating to work with. I will NEVER buy another product from them. My advise to anyone looking to buy a home theater system: Pay a little more and go with a good brand!! |

| I am Totally satisfied and Highly impressed with this system. For the style, the output, the quality, and the price, this AMW system is worth it. I am enjoying it tremendously !!
I highly recommend this system. And if you have a problems/questions regarding connections (I did with the speakers), their website is full of solutions...... |
