A little quirky sometimes but sounds great
I bought this to use mainly with the Rhapsody subscription service and my own private collection. MP3s and WMAs that I ripped from my own collection are easy to load and play great. I have had several instances of the player not being able to find the licences to play the Rhapsody tracks. Once the license expires (after a month or so) you have to delete the tracks and reload them. The other thing is that the time and date on the Zen have to exactly match the time and date on the computer your are downloading from or the files will not play. I took a while to figure this one out. Some how the time has gotten changed on the Zen a few times without me realizing it. I don't know if I let the battery get too low or if it was caused by removing the battery or what but from now on when the files will not play the time and date are the first things I will check.

Serious Problems.
I got this player from Best Buy and thought that I had gotten a good deal. The battery life is very misleading. A charge overnight is supposed to give you 12 hours of battery life. With normal menu usage and about 600 songs the battery life dropped to maybe 2 hours.

Zen Micro MP3 Player
| If you don't have the need to view pictures or play back movies then this is the perfect MP3/WMA player. Costs much less then any Ipod or Ipod Nano and will give you more space for your buck. |
