tough and nice
I have had this mp3 for almost a year now. i got this as a gift from my girlfriend before i got deployed to Iraq. i am very pleased with it. this little thing has gone into hell and came out great. it has made it working around heavy equipment, sand, heat, and my clumsy hands. it also survived a roadside bomb where i found it later under the drivers seat from where the impact threw it crossed the truck. And surprisingly there is only a couple scratches on it the only downfall is the case it comes with is nothing but for looks. i have had problems with it freezing up on me, but the reset has always worked. i have had the problem once where it erased all my music but then again i just reloaded everything onto it and it has worked ever since. i am very pleased with it and would buy it agian.

| The product works fine except it's poor response to the input surface keys. It often does not respond until after several presses on the keys and in some cases it locks up and must be restarted. |

My son loves it!
| This item was purchased for my son's birthday in August. He's 13 and loves it! The only complaint I heard about it since then is that the earbuds often fall out of place. The player comes with 2 sets of earpieces and he wasn't impressed with the fit of either. However, the download and playback process is simple and easy to do. |
