You can do better
There are plenty of decent, basic Hi-8 cameras out there with nightshot and flipout LCD viewfinders. My advice? Get one of those.

beware
now... i bought this cam not long at all maybe about six months now..... and well lets jus say it was cool at first it's not brodcast quality video or nuthin jus a simple camcorder. BUT!! now the camera doesn;t wanna work in camera mode i mean the camera shows a black and white blurry screen in the view finder and the lcd screen.

| This camera is a great start for any person who has never done filming before. The camcorder has many tecniques to experience with I am only 13 and I have never filmed before. This was a great choice for my first camera. |
