nice camera, lousy support. avoid.
| had a mini2 and loved it. Bought a Mini3 in the US and took home to UK. Images were blurred in parts. Spent time talking with Mustek support in Germany, Mustek support in UK, dealer in US and finally Mustek support in US. Gave up and threw the camera away - they were not actually interested in solving the problem, just in their processes, passing me on to someone else and making me do all the all work. totally infuriating. |

You should have negative star ratings
| This "camera" should be rated a -5...the adage "you get what you pay for" applies to every aspect of this camera. It's flimsy and problematic to operate, never mind that the soft ware crashed my computer and didn't include enough instructions to allow photo retrieval from the camera OR the computer. I actually threw the camera in the garbage. |

Oh my, could it be any worse?
| This item is absolutely a waste of money and time. I bought it just to take pictures for ebay. Quick and dirty, as it were. Well, it is horrible for stills and cannot create a decent image in even good lighting conditions. Blurry and poorly lit. I only wish the rating system had something less than 1 star. |
