Best tuner in the business
| To me, the most outstanding thing about this radios is its tuner. It brings in clear sound from stations that my other radios cannot receive at all. If a signal is not clear, the sound quality doesn't matter. This baby has both great sound and amazing tuning capability. |

Great Sound in a Fashionable Small Package
I was looking for a small radio to keep in my bathroom so I could listen to NPR while getting ready for work in the mornings. Unfortunately, there's only one outlet in the bathroom, and it's nowhere near where I wanted a radio to live. So I started researching battery-operated radios, and eventually ran across the Tivoli PAL Radio. While I was a bit startled by the high price, I decided to jump in and purchase it anyway based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews I'd read about it.

The coolest!
I wanted a little boombox-type thing to take my ipod to the beach with my firends. I didn't want to carry a giant ghetto blaster. I usually don't spend alot on stero equipment, and I am usually unhappy with what I buy. The price of this unit wasn't crazy, so I took a chance on this one. Man, it is great. I couldn't believe that it sounded like a big stereo and looked like a transistor radio (well..a little bigger.) Now, the beach isn't quiet, and people were strolling by and asking each other "where is that music coming from?"
