Amazing Value, Amazing Quality
| I bought this TV as a birthday present for a friend, somewhat skeptical of the price considering the size of the unit. In reality, the TV turned out to be the best purchase I could have made - it works perfectly, it's unbelievably affordable, and it's got a great picture quality. The specs are identical to pricer models with brand names. I fully intend to get one for myself. |

service / support problem
I am rating this unit one star due to an on-going service/support problem I am experiencing with the unit. After a year of very light use, the unit lost 1200 pixels - "stuck" on purple all the time. Manufacturing problems can occur to an otherwise good product, but the true test of a company, in my opinion, is it willingness to stand behind their product and resolve their customer's issue. This is especially true with a new brand which has not yet established a track record. To date they have been unwilling to work with me, but I am hopeful we can work it out - I'll undate my review then.

Value Priced But You Get What You Pay For...
Cheap and value priced: About $200.00 retail less than comparable LCD TVs but you get what you pay for.
