A lot for the money as currently ($$$)
| First off let me say that I have not had a problem with this player and that it does play CD-R's. I guess it may matter what brand of CD-R you have. I prefer the TDK brand myself ( certified plus ) |

better than I expected

Beware!
| I received this dvd player for Christmas. One month later the picture started freezing up. As time passed the problem became more frequent and the movie stopped playing all together. I called 1-800-SAMSUNG and was givent the name of a service center. The service center was fast a responsive informing me that Samsung was going to replace the machine. Samsung then took 4 months to get me a new dvd player. Two months later the new machine did the same thing. I called Samsung and put off by and laughed at by their customer service staff. To me, the service provided by the manufacturer is just as important as the quality of the product. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT AND SERVICE! |
